Does a LEGO come with any user interface?

No. LEGOs are UI agnostic, re-usable backend building blocks, exposing a REST API, see LEGO REST API. They can be easily consumed by (sub)systems, i.e. Web UI, Mobile application or 3rd party systems.

Are LEGOs free of charge ?

Yes, you are free to use them in your project.

Are LEGOs tightly coupled to any Cloud Provider ?

No. LEGOs are Cloud Provider agnostic and you can either run them in a VM or as a Docker in an AKS cluster.

That said, LEGO SDK provides extensions for Azure, that you can easily reference from your project, in case you want to deploy your SaaS on Azure Cloud.
